Quit playing when you’re too tired to keep playing with good posture!
A lot of us play until we’re worn out. When we get tired, we slouch, and that is bad for your playing- and it is practicing playing poorly. It’s not good for your body!
We have to take care of our body! We have to enjoy playing music… So when you’re starting to hurt, or you’re really tired, just put the instrument away and listen for a while.
