Hi everybody, Vi Wickam here with another [my] Talent Forge Quick Tip of the Week.

This Quick Tip is Be Dynamic!

We’ve all heard of using dynamics in our music. But those dynamics really are a reflection of what’s going on right here and right here.

If we’re just trying to play louder or play quieter, that’s not really going to have the same impact as being loud or being quiet.

The way we’re going to be- the emotion we’re expressing, the dynamic we’re expressing, is going to show up in our music. So, we can be quiet… or we can be loud!

We can be soft, or we can be really angry! And we can do all of this in our music.

We can be joyful in our music. And all of those dynamic changes in us will show up in the music.

So let me hear you be dynamic! Do it in your music. Show your personality! Let me see it. And let the people around you see it.
