Hi Desert Vida,
The Shuffle Bowing Series is really useful for playing rhythm on violin in a band, especially Lesson 7. The series does build from simpler shuffles to more complex shuffles.
Daniel Carwile’s Lesson on Chops is also a great resource for playing rhythmic accompaniment on fiddle:
Additionally, the lessons on double stop scales would help you in this realm. It’s really important to become comfortable with the different places that double stops in a key exist on the violin.
As for the Fiddle Fitness lessons, there are three areas that you might find useful. Fast Fiddle Fitness covers the warmups, exercises, and cooldowns to help create an efficient practice session and keep your body healthy. Yoga for musicians is a great series to help get (or keep) your body into good shape for making music. And, peak performance by Dr. David Wallace covers some of the mental and physical aspects of being a musician.
