If you recently purchased a subscription to the [my] Talent Forge website, but you cannot login, the most likely situation is that you haven’t yet created your username and password.
- Check your email.
- You should have received an email from [my] Talent Forge Shortly with instructions to complete your registration. The subject line of this email is: Important Talent Forge Info – You’re Almost There
- Click the link inside the email, which will lead you through the process of creating your username and password.
- If you don’t have the email in your inbox within 10 minutes, check your junk mail or spam folder to see if the email has ended up there.
If you still cannot locate this email, please Contact Support, and we will create the username and password for you, and email it to you.
If you have had a subscription for a while, and forgot or lost your password, please use the forgot password dialog box to recover your password.
If you cannot get the password reset to work, please Contact Support, and we can reset the password for you.
